Job Description & RequirementsWe’re looking for a Med/Surg RN with a strong inpatient background to join a supportive hospital team in Illinois. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable caring for a variety of patients and enjoys a fast-moving acute care environment.
You’ll be providing direct bedside care, patient assessments, coordinating treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Confidence in managing diverse patient needs and solid clinical decision-making are key here.
