Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including: Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy: Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
