HEALTH SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. DescriptionMUST be willing to travel to patient homes as needed.
Patient training will be done on site.
Mileage will be reimbursed for HH travel at current IRS rate from HOME facility.
Requirements BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
