\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
\n• 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5 (nights, days, and weekends)
\n• Minimum 3 weekends required in 6-week period
\n• 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
\n• Med/Surg and telemetry experience required, ambulatory experience preferred
\n• Must be comfortable with pediatric population
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS (PALS required before start)
\n• Possibility of floating depending on unit/hospital needs
\n• Possibility of being placed on call
\n• Call-in policy: Must pick up another shift to make up for any call-ins
\n• Any color scrubs acceptable - must look professional
\n• Charting system: Meditech
\n• 12-hour orientation provided
\n• Maximum 7 days requested time off, must work 1 of 3 holidays if RTO during holidays
\n• Complete up to 8 hours of modules within 1 week of signing
\n• Primary nursing responsibilities including vitals and phlebotomy
\n• Work with diverse patient diagnoses including chest pain, CHF, COPD, pneumonia, post-surgical patients
\n• Care for pediatric patients typically on observation status, post-op tonsillectomy, and seasonal flu/RSV cases

\nThis 78-bed short-term acute care hospital provides comprehensive medical services to the community. The facility features a 26-bed medical/surgical unit with telemetry monitoring capabilities and serves patients across all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics. The hospital offers interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams, while maintaining modern equipment such as Alaris IV pumps and telemetry systems.
