Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day shift, 5×8s (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay: $72/hr ($2,911/week)

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and other skilled nursing services.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home care needs.
• Accurately document visits, assessments, and care provided in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and patient safety standards.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-compliant).
• Previous Home Health nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and independent decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation for patient home visits.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
