Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time ASU/PACU position in Maine requiring a ME or compact RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Ambulatory Surgery Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (ASU/PACU) within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule with a weekend call rotation
• 13-week contract assignment
• Position entails working 4 nine-hour shifts per week
• Provide care to patients in ambulatory surgery and post-anesthesia recovery settings
• Weekend call rotation is required
• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active ME or compact RN license
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ASU or PACU nursing experience required
