The Job You Will Perform:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for providing primary support to the department for the training program, including New Hire Integration, department orientation, position/skill block training and certification, training materials management and training documentation. The Training Coordinator ensures consistency of the training program for all area team members and alignment with department goals. As the champion/advocate for the training program, this role is an integral part of the department team and interacts directly with Team Members in Training, Trainers, Mentors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and department leadership. The Department Learning Leader gets direction from the department leadership and the Mill Learning Leader, but will report directly to the Mill Learning Leader
