Position Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Congress Office 
Department: Administration 
Schedule: M-F - 8:30am to 4:30 pm 

Position Overview:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for creating and delivering impactful training programs, managing training budgets, and evaluating their effectiveness. This role is vital in fostering employee growth, enhancing organizational performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Training Needs: Identify skill gaps and training requirements to support employee growth and retention.
• Develop Training Programs: Design and implement programs that align with company goals and objectives.
• Plan and Schedule Training: Organize sessions, secure locations and resources, and communicate details to participants.
• Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Use data, feedback, and completion rates to measure and improve training outcomes.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of attendance, costs, and results of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with coworkers and supervisors to deliver comprehensive training services.
• Ensure Quality: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold Confidentiality: Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ensure employee information remains secure.
• Promote Diversity: Work effectively with diverse communities and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience in training and development.
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
