We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing training plans for employees and job groups, working closely with managers to ensure their teams' training requirements are consistently met. This role involves creating and updating training materials, setting up individual and small group training sessions, and delivering content in a high-quality manner using the Alchemy learning system. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating attendance, managing schedules, and presenting facts and data to auditors to demonstrate compliance. Proficiency in MS Office suite and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are required.
Duties:
• Organize and implement training plans for employees and job groups using the Alchemy learning system.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure training requirements are met.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create new training materials and update existing materials on an ongoing basis within the Alchemy platform.
• Set up and deliver individual and small group training sessions through the Alchemy learning system.
• Deliver training content in a high-quality and engaging manner.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers to ensure attendance and participation.
• Assist and train individuals in utilizing Alchemy in a self-directed environment.
• Maintain organized records and schedules for training sessions within the Alchemy system that demonstrate training compliance.
• Present facts and data to auditors to demonstrate compliance with training requirements.
• Research and collaborate to determine training requirements for each job group for compliance.
• Utilize MS Office suite for additional training documentation and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Skills:
• 2 years as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers and supervisors.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to present data accurately.
• Persistent and proactive in coordinating training activities.
• Familiarity with the Alchemy learning system or other Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.
