The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the accurate processing of title documentation related to real estate transactions. This position requires a strong understanding of mortgage processes, loan documentation, and relevant regulations such as FNMA, TILA, and Fair Housing laws. The Title Processor will collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other financial professionals to ensure seamless transaction workflows within the mortgage and financial services industry.
