Job Description

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Technical Support and Training Specialist in Rochester, New York. We are seeking candidates with a background in CAD/Blueprint reading, experience with Windows 11+OS, and a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering).

What you will be doing

• Use phone, email, and remote access to support our CAD and PDF based excavation takeoff software
• Train new and existing users how to master the application using MS Teams
• Support the roll out of new application features as they are released to our growing subscriber base
• Work closely with our development team to define new features and prioritize issues
• Assist in the creation of new training content

Must haves

• CAD/blueprint reading
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering or related STEM field
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including written communication – no fear of the phone or video conferencing
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be a strong team player
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new software/skills
• Proficient with Windows 11+ OS environment

Even better if you have experience in:

• GPS Machine Control
• Construction
• Salesforce CRM
