Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers with instructional support and classroom management
• Supporting students with special needs or those requiring extra assistance
• Helping with the preparation of materials and classroom organization
• Encouraging positive student behavior and engagement
• Collaborating with school staff to implement educational plans

Desired qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar educational support role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine interest in student development
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of classroom technologies and instructional methods is a plus
