As a Tax Professional, you will play a key role in assisting clients with resolving back tax debt, negotiating with tax agencies, and ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws. If you are an experienced Enrolled Agent with a strong background in tax resolution, we would love to hear from you!

### What You'll Do:
- Communicate directly with clients and tax agencies to provide expert tax resolution services.
- Draft opinion letters, respond to IRS inquiries, and prepare technical memoranda.
- Obtain releases of levies and wage garnishments to provide immediate relief to clients.
- Negotiate payment plans, offers in compromise, and other tax relief options.
- Prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution strategies.
- Regularly update case files and provide clients with clear, realistic timelines and case progress updates.
- Maintain detailed records in company systems and collaborate with team members to achieve the best outcomes.

### What We're Looking For:
- Enrolled Agent Certification (active credentials required).
- 2+ years of experience in tax resolution (offer in compromise, installment agreements, innocent spouse relief, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze financial documents and tax transcripts to determine the best resolution strategies.
- Experience communicating with the IRS and state tax agencies to resolve client tax debt.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
