Tax Attorney
Well established firm has an opening for a Tax Attorney. They prefer on site to start and hybrid options after a few months. They would like an attorney with 4–8+ years of experience.
Advise on tax aspects of business entity formation, acquisition, disposition, merger, reorganization, and financing.
Draft and review tax-related documentation.
Research and analyze complex individual and corporate tax issues.
Design tax-efficient incentive compensation plans for key employees.
Represent clients in tax controversies.
Build client relationships and collaborate with corporate teams.
Education : JD required; LLM or pending LLM preferred.
Experience : 5–8 years in tax research, planning, and drafting in a law firm.
Licensing : NJ and PA bar admission required.
Skills :
Expertise in corporate tax matters and incentive compensation.
Strong tax research, analysis, and controversy experience.
Excellent academic credentials.
Superior written/oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
