Job Description: Wire Harness Technician

Location: 401 Farmdale Road, East Peoria, IL 61611

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Candidates must have their own reliable transportation due to early shift start times, as city buses are not available.)

Rate : 16$ W2 /HR

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Wire Harness Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing wire harnesses and wire harness assemblies according to customer specifications and standards. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer training to all new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture wire harnesses and assemblies according to customer specifications and standards.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions to fabricate electrical wire harnesses.
• Ensure quality standards are met by performing quality checks throughout the process.
• Work with various wire colors and distinguish them accurately.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years or older.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation is required due to the early shift start times.
• Strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Ability to distinguish between different wire colors.
• Ability to read small fonts or print on wires and components.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
