Overseeing store operations (front-end and pharmacy) under the Store Manager's guidance. Supporting store operations by shadowing or assisting the Store Manager during the learning process. Training & Personal Development Completing a rigorous, accelerated program with all necessary certifications. Participating in classroom, online, and on-the-job training, including rotations in other stores. Following development plans and engaging in professional growth activities. Seeking self-development and understanding of retail, pharmacy, and management practices. Implementing compliance SOPs and gaining knowledge of systems and software. Obtaining pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by law. Customer Experience Engaging with customers and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction. Monitoring and coaching on customer service, analyzing feedback, and improving service metrics. Operations Gaining experience in supervising store operations, merchandising, and asset protection. Learning inventory management and ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Supporting safety, security, and team relationships. Business Performance Management Analyzing financial and performance data to develop improvement strategies. Identifying sales opportunities and reducing loss. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience. Fluency in English. Flexible schedule and willingness to accept an assignment into a Store Manager role. Willingness to transfer within the area. Preferred Qualifications PTCB Certification. Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in retail or hospitality management with people leadership. This role remains open until filled. The salary range is $23.08 - $43.07 per hour.
