Job Description The Account Coordinator will be responsible for providing on-site retail sales support in the market area assigned. Support is achieved through hands-on selling to customers, continual training and motivation of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, assisting in planning and executing all special event programs, and follow-up training of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Achieve sales plan in territory, through in- store selling, eventing and training Beauty Advisors
- Recruit, engage, and motivate in-store personnel (Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists).
- Partner with Education department to provide new and ongoing product and sales training to in-store staff, incorporating retailer technology and selling techniques
- Schedule, plan and execute store negotiated trainings for Beauty Advisors in partner with NY Account Executive team
- Execute all corporately directed events in assigned territory
- Partner with AE team and Sales Director to strategically plan schedule, supporting top doors
- Execute visual updates in partnership with the retailer
- Communicate stock needs through appropriate channels
- Partner with AEs on training and development of Selling Specialist population
- Maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands counter image at accounts (e.g., cleanliness, effective use of merchandising units, proper placement of product lines, etc.).
- Conduct productivity evaluations for all Selling Specialists in territory on a monthly basis.
- Conduct all other job-related activities.

Qualifications - 2+ years of prestige beauty sales experience
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Achievement oriented
- Solid business acumen and good financial aptitude
- Strong leadership skills
- Collaborative and thrives in a team environment
- Must be able to drive and maintain valid driver's license
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
