Job Description

Our client, an AI public company, is seeking a seasoned Sr. Director of Product to lead its Supply Chain product line.

Note: Please ONLY apply if you have deep supply chain expertise, particularly in inventory management, inventory planning, fulfillment, forecasting, and procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of product managers.
• Interact with customers and market thought leaders to develop a deep understanding of enterprise business problems and define product requirements and best practices for supply chain solutions.
• Set strategic direction and priorities for your products.
• Define and document business processes impacted by your products.
• Author product specifications, including use cases, activity flow diagrams, screen mockups, and identification of data sources, analytics, reporting, and integration requirements.
• Build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience delivering compelling, scalable systems.
• 7+ years of leadership experience with product, architecture, and technology implementation, including direct reports.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing supply chain software solutions.
• Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery models.
• Bachelor’s degree required from a 4-year university, with a focus on science, technology, engineering, math, or similar.
• MBA degree preferred.
