Summary/Responsibilities:
Perform spacecraft attitude control systems analysis, test, design and/or development. Run detailed spacecraft simulations using in house hybrid simulators. Perform Monte Carlo Simulations and post process results. Design spacecraft/vehicle attitude and orbit determination and control loops using MATLAB/Simulink. Design various Guidance, Navigation and control algorithms using various tools, including MATLAB, Simulink and C/C++ compilers. Develop subsystem specifications, develop GNC flight software using Simulink auto-coding and test GNC FSW in different platforms. Develop and test operations scripts. Enhance or extend simulator capabilities. Document results and create presentation materials.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of related experience is required.
MS is preferred with 2-3 years of spacecraft attitude control system design experience.
