Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Social Work Team Leader manages, monitors and facilitates the work responsibilities for the Care Coordination Social Work Team and provides counseling and support for hospital patients.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Masters Degree in Social Work
  • Social Worker Licensure in the State of Alaska or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
  • 5 years of experience in a hospital setting
