We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy. This role will be responsible for creating content, managing social media accounts, analyzing engagement data, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and has a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
· Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts
· Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies
· Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
· Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals
· Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns
· Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
· Identify and build relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders
· Manage the social media budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 3+ years of experience in social media management
· Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
· Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
