Key Responsibilities

• Assess and repair damaged plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose root causes and recommend immediate and long-term solutions
• Install and replace fixtures: water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
• Support mitigation and reconstruction crews with all plumbing needs
• Prepare accurate documentation and communicate effectively with project managers
• Create detailed material lists and identify upsell opportunities

What You Bring

• Active Oregon Journeyman Plumber license (Washington license a plus)
• Extensive experience with all types of plumbing systems and materials
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Organized and responsive under pressure, with solid problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a larger team
• Bonus: Experience with water damage, mold remediation, or restoration work

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), 7:30 AM start. Overtime, on-call, and weekends as needed
• Location: In-person role based near Bridgeport Village. No remote work
• Tools/Van: Provided by company

Physical Requirements

• Work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
• Close physical proximity to others is required in some job settings
