Job Description

Our Company Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! Adobe is in search of a strategic SEO Manager to oversee organic search efforts for Adobe Photoshop’s content strategy. We are dedicated to unlocking growth opportunities, refining content strategy, and ensuring that Photoshop remains the go‑to solution for photo and imaging workflows. This role blends SEO strategy, content optimization, content creation, and analytics to enhance search visibility and drive meaningful engagement. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping SEO‑led content strategies that align with customer intent, search, and industry trends, and Adobe’s broader marketing goals. You will collaborate with marketing teams and ensure the strategies align with the team and business big bets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a content‑focused SEO strategy for Adobe Photoshop to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic growth. Conduct deep keyword research and search intent analysis, using tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console, to inform content decisions. Improve current content and spearhead the development of new SEO‑focused content, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and standard methodologies. Collaborate with content strategists, UX designers, and marketing teams to craft SEO‑friendly web experiences that drive engagement and conversions. Develop data‑led hypotheses to refine content structure, search intent alignment, and optimize for long‑term visibility. Analyze SEO performance, identify key trends, report on impact, and spot opportunities to grow content efforts. Stay ahead of LLM‑powered search evolution and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring Photoshop content adapts to emerging search landscapes. Identify emerging trends and timely opportunities using search insights to inform content strategies and unify marketing efforts. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on content strategy SEO. Expertise in SEO tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and content optimization platforms. Strong analytical approach, with experience using SEO analytics to craft content strategies and measure impact. Experience developing SEO‑friendly content in collaboration with content marketing and UX teams that strives to act as part of a funnel. Additional Qualifications Ability to analyze keyword trends, forecast performance, and report on core SEO metrics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable presenting SEO insights and recommendations across teams. Having previous content writing and editorial experience is a plus. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Adobe is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome and encourage diversity in the workplace regardless of gender, race or color, ethnicity or national origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
