One Material Handling System (OMHS) is building Amazon's in-house material handling capabilities, transforming how Amazon designs, builds, and operates its facilities. As Amazon's internal material handling system integrator, we combine precision in technical project management with the vision needed to revolutionize our material handling capabilities. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager who will exemplify ownership of their assigned material handling projects, ensuring successful implementation across Amazon's network.
This role requires both strategic vision and tactical execution to standardize project delivery while maintaining the high standards that complex material handling systems demand. You will drive projects through our comprehensive Project Lifecycle Framework, from initiation through commissioning and handover, while helping establish the processes and playbooks that will enable OMHS to scale across Amazon's network.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute material handling system implementations while establishing standardized processes for future deployments. Develop and deliver project execution strategies and detailed plans to drive implementation from initiation through commissioning, ensuring project(s) success. Interface with strategic partners to ensure successful integration of Amazonspec equipment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, signon payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
