Responsibilities:

• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top-tier middle to senior-level candidates within the US Market.
• Screening Mastery: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure a perfect match.
• Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Deal Closer: Utilize your negotiation skills to secure offers and close deals successfully.
• Exceed Targets: Thrive in a results-driven environment by meeting and surpassing set recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Experience Matters: Minimum of one year in recruiting with 360 recruitment exposure.
• Communication Expert: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Emotional Intelligence: High EQ to navigate the nuances of the legal profession and build meaningful connections.
• Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure the perfect match between candidates and clients.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a team while also excelling independently.
• Master of Multitasking: Juggle various tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work setting.
