What You’ll Do
As Lead Interior Designer, you’ll work alongside our design team to develop and execute residential projects including remodeling, new construction, kitchen and bath, and whole-home furnishings. You’ll guide projects from preliminary design through construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• \tCreate holistic, multi-layered designs tailored to each client
• \tDraft space plans, lighting layouts, and furniture arrangements
• \tCommunicate and document design concepts visually and verbally
• \tCollaborate with architects, engineers, trades, and consultants
• \tPrioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• \tExceed client expectations with professionalism and creativity
• \tProblem-solve with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Qualifications
• \tDegree in Interior Design
• \tMinimum 5 years of industry experience in residential design
• \tProficiency in drafting and space planning
• \tStrong communication and organizational skills
• \tAbility to work independently and collaboratively
Bonus Skills
• \tExperience with Chief Architect
• \tKitchen and bath design expertise
• \tRemodeling field experience
• \tBackground in furniture sales
