Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide specialized 1:1 behavior support in an elementary school setting in Seattle, WA. This contract role spans the entire school year and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students requiring behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 behavior support services to students in accordance with established behavior intervention plans.
• Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior to inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement effective behavioral strategies.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment that promotes student growth and learning.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working in educational or clinical settings with children, preferably elementary-aged.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain patience and professionalism in challenging situations.
