Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support and intervention in a school setting serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role is based in Boston, MA, with multiple district-wide locations, offering a contract-to-hire arrangement starting ASAP through October 1st, with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to support student success.
• Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and data collection.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working within educational settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and school personnel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads.

Schedule and Location:

• 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Multiple school locations within the district.
• Position available immediately through October 1st, with possibility for continuation.
