Position Details
+ Location: Fall River, MA
+ Start Date: ASAP
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 7:20AM-2:30PM
+ Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year
+ Pay: Up to $25/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do
+ Support students in 1:1 and small group settings
+ Implement behavior support plans using ABA principles
+ Assist with academic activities and classroom routines
+ Collect and record behavioral and academic data
+ Work with students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges
+ Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistent strategies
What We're Looking For
+ 1+ year of ABA or Special Education experience
+ Knowledge of ABA principles (reinforcement, prompting, shaping)
+ Experience with data collection and behavior management
+ Ability to follow behavior plans accurately
+ Patience, flexibility, and a calm approach
+ Willingness to assist other students/classrooms as needed
+ NEED to be a TEAM PLAYER
Open Teaching Roles in Fall RiverMiddle School - Social Emotional Focus
Support students with social-emotional challenges by:
+ Teaching emotional regulation and coping strategies
+ Collaborating with counselors and support staff
+ Creating a safe and structured learning environment\
+ TEAM PLAYER
Elementary - ABA Focus
Teach and support students using ABA principles:
+ Collaborate with BCBAs and implement behavior plans
+ Use data-driven instruction and behavior tracking
+ Foster academic and social development
+ TEAM PLAYER
Middle School - Autism & Special Education Focus
Support students with autism and other special needs:
+ Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with IEPs
+ Promote inclusive practices and classroom engagement
+ Address academic and behavioral
+ TEAM PLAYER

Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
