We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP solutions, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The SAP Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and communication across teams.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during project execution.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on project risks, issues, and changes to project scope.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and SAP implementation methodologies.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and quality of deliverables.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for project processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of [7] years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP implementations.
Proven experience managing full-cycle SAP projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI) is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of SAP solutions and business processes.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
