Job Description

Job Title: SAP Hana Developer (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Develop SAP HANA models (Calculation Views, Analytical Views, Attribute Views) using HANA Studio.
• Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and reusability.
• Build complex SQL scripts, procedures, and functions within the HANA environment.
• Implement ETL processes using SAP Data Services or other tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading into HANA.
• Integrate SAP HANA with other SAP products like SAP BW, SAP ERP, and non-SAP systems.
• Analyze and tune performance of HANA models and queries.
• Ensure efficient memory management within the HANA platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and data architects.
• Implement data security and access controls within the HANA environment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data handling.
• Perform unit testing and validate solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, models, and solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience as an SAP HANA Developer.
• Proven experience in developing complex SAP HANA models and SQL scripting.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP ECC, or S/4HANA integration.
• Strong proficiency in HANA Studio, Web IDE, and XS Advanced.
• Expertise in SQL and procedural language for HANA.
• Experience with ETL tools like SAP Data Services or third-party tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects or SAC reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile or Scrum teams.
• Certification in SAP HANA or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., SAP HANA Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, or AI in SAP HANA.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
