Sales Support Representative | $20–$21/hour + 5% Bonus | M–F, 8am–5pm | Onsite – Omaha, NE

We’re seeking a Sales Support Representative who enjoys a fast-paced, email-heavy role and thrives in a dynamic office setting. This is not a script-based or transactional position, it's ideal for professionals with backgrounds in logistics or corporate support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external customers via email and phone
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot order issues, and generate accurate quotes
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Development teams
• Communicate with internal departments to revise and fulfill orders
• Keep detailed, accurate records and respond with clarity and professionalism

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing skills—50+ WPM with accuracy
• Proficiency in Office365
• Clear, confident written communication—must be comfortable writing your own emails
• High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and interruptions
• Comfort communicating with all levels of an organization

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly range for this position is $20.00-$21.00 per hour per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
