Job Description

Join AED123: Save Lives as a Sales Professional

AED123 provides businesses with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) services. Founded in 2019, we’re on a mission to save 1,000 lives while building a robust business. We are doubling in size every year, and we need additional sales professionals to continue growing at this pace.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a smart, motivated, high-volume, and results-driven salesperson. You are good at engaging prospective customers, asking probing questions, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working the phones and conducting in-person cold-calls, and you have experience doing both. You take pride in delivering excellent customer service and establishing trust with prospective customers.

You are looking for a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, full benefits, and a defined promotion path. You want to be empowered by Salesforce and the latest sales enablement tools. You want your work to be meaningful, and you want to work with a team who can challenge you to become a better salesperson.

You are good at multitasking with high attention to detail, and you want to work from an office when you’re not in the field calling on customers. (We have a brand-new office in the Design District.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call on assigned industries within a 50-mile radius of DFW (offices, industrial facilities, hotels, municipalities, nursing homes, venues...)
  • Conduct a high daily volume of outreach and follow-ups
  • Schedule and meet with prospective customers to discuss their needs, demonstrate our products, and pitch solutions (target 7-10 scheduled meetings per week)
  • Refine proposals to meet the customers’ needs and secure signed agreements
  • Collaborate with the operations team to plan installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented, competitive, and high-energy personality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Integrity and a passion for helping others
  • Experience and comfort with Microsoft product suite and web-based software (e.g., Salesforce)

We’re moving quickly to fill this opening in Dallas. APPLY TODAY!

Note: Historically, our most successful sales reps have had backgrounds in b2b sales, door-to-door sales, freight brokerage, title sales, and/or medical device sales.
