Salary Range $55,000 - $145,000

As an RV Sales Representative, you'll:

• Guide customers through their RV selection process, matching their needs with the ideal vehicle
• Achieve monthly sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Build lasting relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals
  

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RV products, features, and industry trends
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior in all customer interactions
  

• Participate in regular product and sales training sessions
• Set personal income goals aligned with dealership standards
• Potential for career advancement within our dealership network
  

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills for sales calculations
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
