Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Unit (PCNT) Nurse Manager | Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of nursing professionals in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Oversee daily unit operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and quality metrics
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, specialists, and administrative staff
• Drive continuous improvement in patient care outcomes and satisfaction metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and professional development initiatives
• Participate in strategic planning and implementation of unit-wide initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN licensure in New Hampshire or valid Compact State License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 3-7 years acute care nursing experience in neuro trauma/critical care
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PCCN Certification
• TNCC Certification
• TCAR Certification
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
