As we gear up for the busy summer season, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Seasonal Store Manager to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage daily store operations, including staff recruitment, training, and scheduling to ensure a high-performing team.
- Sales Management: Drive sales through effective merchandising, customer engagement, and promotional strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and manage seasonal product displays.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to create appealing store displays that reflect current trends and seasonal themes.
- Reporting: Analyze sales data and store performance metrics to inform business decisions and report to upper management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
