Here's what we need from you:
Experience: At least 2 years in the restaurant industry, with a solid understanding of restaurant management structures.
Recruitment or Sales Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with internet search engines and Microsoft Office.
Professionalism & Integrity: A high level of professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Follow-Through: Ability to adhere to established recruiting processes.
