Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Hospitality Recruiter to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor . This is a commission-only role with full training and ongoing support provided . Youll work remotely and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while earning uncapped commissions placing managers and executives in restaurants and hospitality operations.

What Youll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for hospitality management roles
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified talent across multiple markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies
• Match candidates to job openings and facilitate the hiring process
• Manage job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
• Represent our firms values with professionalism and integrity

What Were Looking For

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Motivated by performance-based earnings (commission-only model)
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or recruiting (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with using online tools and social platforms for sourcing and outreach
• Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively

Compensation
