$20.00 - $35.00 Per Hour + Incentive Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead technician with daily installations and repairs of electrical systems.
• Collaborate closely with the lead technician to ensure work is completed and job sites are clean.
• Organize work by receiving and studying work orders; gather necessary tools and supplies.
• Repair electrical problems by replacing faulty parts and components.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with codes.
• Enhance your job knowledge through educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Inspect electrical systems to determine repair needs.
• Replace conduit and wiring as necessary.
• Complete special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

• Prior experience in residential generator installation and maintenance preferred.
• Electrical license preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple manufacturers of equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• NEC Training and OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Capability to complete equipment maintenance.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur).
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• High standards for your work; excellence and integrity matter to you.
• A positive attitude and a true team player mentality.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
