Vi at Highlands Ranch is located at 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch CO 80126.

Responsibilities:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our dedicated housekeeping team. As a Residential Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in resident apartments as well as common areas. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets, and tubs
• Making beds with fresh linens
• Emptying and cleaning waste containers, replacing liners as necessary
• Performing high and low dusting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, ideally in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable
• Hours are from 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to operate and maintain all housekeeping and laundry equipment
• Understand infection control protocols, hazardous waste procedures, and disaster plans
