The Project Manager (PM) at Government Business Results (GBR) leads the coordination and execution of marketing, strategy, and content initiatives. This role ensures timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality projects that drive client success, enhance the company reputation, and contribute to sustainable business growth. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION  

  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively flag risks or blockers. 
  • Build and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with critical deadlines. 
  • Anticipate and resolve workload imbalances, resource constraints, and potential delays. 
  • Set up and manage Wrike project workflows and tasks, Microsoft Teams channels, and- when needed- Google Drive folders to support each project. 
  • Enforce file organization standards, including version control and naming conventions. 
  • Uphold data security by adhering to the company external sharing protocols and best practices. 

COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION  

  • Partner closely with the Account Manager, internal teams, freelancers, and external stakeholders to drive project success. 
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment across all contributors to ensure shared understanding of project goals. 
  • Lead internal meetings to clarify objectives, optimize workflows, and maintain project momentum. 

BUDGET AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION  

  • Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource utilization to ensure financial efficiency. 
  • Implement cost control measures to maintain profitability and support long term account health. 
  • Equip internal and external team members with the necessary tools, information, and context to execute effectively. Provide Wrike task links to relevant templates and client resources to streamline workflows and ensure consistency. 

  QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing project management, creative operations, or production. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Experience with Google G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). 
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday, or ClickUp is a plus. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT & EQUIPMENT  

  • Remote work setup with a distraction-free, dedicated home office, including desk and stable high-speed internet
  • Employer-provided equipment: laptop, hub, video camera, keyboard, mouse, and dual monitors. 
  • Limited in-person travel to client sites to build and sustain client relationships is required. 

PHYSICAL & VISION REQUIREMENTS  

  • Primarily seated work, with occasional speaking and typing. 
  • Requires close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus for working with digital content. 
  • Company policy is to be on-camera for virtual calls and meetings. 

SUPERVISION & REPORTING  

  • This position currently does not have direct reports. 
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams and external freelancers.
