Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Social Media Manager. As the member of a collaborative Marketing team, The Remote Social Media Manager plays an important role in the effectiveness of our overall marketing efforts. The primary responsibility of this role will be dedicated oversight of our social media accounts to drive brand awareness and social growth as a relatable means of communication with end users. The Remote Social Media Manager will have a focus on brand awareness, content creation and social connection. This role will be expected to own our organic social media strategy and execute influencer and PR programming.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to bring to life our marketing vision and GTM strategy on social media and PR.
- Lead social media content development and ideation with a focus on increasing following and engagement across all social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
- Own social content and platform positioning to ensure thoughtful and intentional approach to content distribution, community engagement and innovative, break-through storytelling
- Execute influencer strategy and partnerships, identifying key partners, and outlining storytelling and priorities
- Present analytics and insights for all social media platforms with actionable suggestions on a monthly basis & longer-term trend, covering growth, engagement, and new followers
- Create polished, on-brand content in the form of copy, assets, and video to support the calendar (based on input, images, video and branding from the businesses)
- Proactive and detailed content curation, including editorial calendar management, copy writing, artistic development and alignment with priority campaigns and announcements.
- Focus on brand and messaging consistency; responsible for outstanding quality assurance and standards across Sono Bello channels.
- Track, share and action social trends, new platform developments and competitor examples
- Support PR, store launches, events, and collaborations.

Salary: $ 25.00 35.00 Per Hour
