• First-year earnings: $60,000 to $80,000 (base + commission + bonuses)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities using warm leads
• Complete client interactions and data entry in the lead management system
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Active insurance license (required)
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
• Coachable, driven, and eager to grow professionally
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Less than one year of experience needed if you bring the right attitude
