Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner via live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Guide customers through product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and helpful support.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to management.
• Stay up-to-date on product updates, new features, and company policies.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and quality standards for customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace free from distractions.
