Job Description

A & A Window Products in Detroit, MI is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Remote Bookkeeper, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. We are located on 3926 Harrold, Detroit, Mi. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Process transactions, reconcile accounts, and perform monthly closing procedures
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Collaborate with our accounting team to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
