Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 for Nights (2-year commitment)

Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Med/Surg Registered Nurses (RNs)to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Kansas City, MO. This role involves providing high-quality care to adult patients with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological conditions. Shifts include days and nights with rotating weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide direct patient care, including post-surgical, urology, and vascular patients.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and document patient progress, responding to changes in condition as needed.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri or a compact multistate license.
Certifications: BLS required upon hire.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (does not need to be recent).
