Salary: $23 - $28 per hour

What You’ll Do:
As a Recruiting Coordinator , you’ll play an essential role in ensuring a seamless hiring process, supporting candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to a positive candidate experience.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Serve as a primary point of contact, providing candidates with timely updates
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and pre-employment checks
• Support onboarding by gathering documentation and facilitating new hire processes
• Travel to Columbus, Lancaster, and Springfield locations for interviews and onboarding
• Work closely with the recruiting team to improve hiring processes

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ATS experience preferred
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed
