Job Description

MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Augusta, GA. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support office administrative functions, including interviewing candidates, facilitating new hire orientation, processing employment documents, and managing reports to ensure efficient branch operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or professional work
Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Essential Functions
  • Conduct interviews and pre-employment screenings
  • Process I-9s, E-Verify, background checks, and drug screenings
  • Assist with timekeeping and payroll validation
  • Audit employee credential requirements and maintain records
  • Facilitate employee orientations and assessments
  • Provide administrative support for staffing and recruitment efforts
  • Manage office supplies, invoices, and billing processes
  • Develop and maintain office reports
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Professional office setting with standard office equipment
  • Ability to lift 5-15 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs as needed
