The Ideal candidates will have a background in sales such as real estate, timeshare, car sales and phone sales.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
* Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
* Master the art of active listening, ensuring a seamless connection between clients and candidates.
* Collaborate with clients to identify and fill urgent positions with top-qualified candidates.
* Utilize our company's database and recruiting tools effectively.
* Screen and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations.
* Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates.
