Job Description



Eataly is seeking a Real Estate Intern for Summer 2025 to work with and learn from Eataly’s Real Estate Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian! 

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Real Estate, the intern will: 

  • Research and compile data on potential markets using software to support lease and real estate decisions.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining deal-related documents, including Letters of Intent (LOIs), Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and lease agreements.
  • Help review lease agreements and amendments by gathering necessary documents and summarizing key terms.

  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations on real estate opportunities for internal teams and stakeholders.
  •  Assist in gathering and reviewing technical and architectural details for potential new locations.

  • Support the development of conceptual layouts and preliminary cost estimates by researching real estate and construction costs.

  • Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to collect data.

  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

This internship runs from June – August. The internship is onsite at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday – Thursday from approximately 9 am – 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate. Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern. 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in commercial real estate, leasing, and financial modeling is a plus.

The compensation for this role is $16.50 per hour
